Advance reservation is a must, to check the space availability. The last reservation may be accepted up to 24 hours prior to a trip departure date but will be subject to the space availability. Please book direct to us:

GANESHA EXPRESS will provide:
Fast boat ticket transfer service from or and to Sanur (Bali) and Nusa Penida. Air Conditioned hotel transfer in Bali (pick up from or and drop service to) Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Sanur, Central Ubud areas. Road transportation (pick up or and drop service) in Bali is provided free of charge from/to ONE SPECIFIC ADDRESS in designated areas of the above areas. This address must be specified at the time of booking, and cannot be changed. Our drivers are under strict instructions to refuse to take passenger to more than one location (ie-they will not drive around trying to find a hotel if passenger has not specified an address). We arrange transfers for others areas with additional fee.

The punctuality of departure and arrival times are subject to sea and or weather conditions.

Connecting Flights / other scheduled transportation:
The company is a beach-to-beach point carrier and we do not take responsibility for any delays or connecting flights at any airport / other scheduled transportation.

Booking Changes and Open Ticket:
Booking changes is based on seat availability and should be made 2 days prior to passengers departure for regular season and 5 days prior to passengers departure for high season (June, July, August, December and January).

Luggage Allowance:
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 25 Kg. If loading is available then excess luggage will be carried at the company’s standard rates, or may be stored at the company’s office in Bali if space is available. The company reserves the rights to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit in between the islands. The passenger shall not carry onto the vessel or include in luggage any Explosives, corrosives, highly flammable liquids or anything likely to endanger the vessel, other passengers or goods.

GANESHA EXPRESS recommends fast boat transfer is NOT suitable for:
Pregnant women, Those suffering heart conditions, Those suffering serious back complaints, Those suffering any serious physical impediments, Infants under 5 years of age, people older than 65 years.
Note: Should you still wish to travel with Fast Boat, you will be required to complete a disclaimer prior to departure, releasing Fast Boat and it’s officers, employees and agents from any legal action.

Cancellations and Delays:
The company reserves the right to vary the service in any whatsoever without any liability to the passenger. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. The company shall not be liable in any way to the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellation or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation trip by The Company :
In the event of a Sanur Express sanctioned cancellation, The Company shall refund any funds that had been paid by the passengers direct to the company only, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf.
The passengers are responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents, which have not yet been paid to the company.
Cancellation trip by Passengers :
Full seats payment will be charged for any Late Arrive or No Show Passengers.
In the event of a ticket or booking being cancelled by the passengers, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the travel date: full refund ticket.
Cancellation between 14 days – 48 hours prior to the travel date: 50% Refund ticket.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the travel date : No Refund.

Passenger Attention:
The passenger shall comply with the instructions of boat company’s staff concerning all matters connected with the service and shall comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel. The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger of goods without assigning reason. This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger. Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.
